									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A great exercise in smithing is learning to roll sockets. I have a very long way to go but I had these down to 3 heats per decorative arrow head. The starting material had a precut shape that I had to pein out double the width and then smooth in the first heat. Second heat was rolling the socket and then third was clean up.</p>
