I drafted this pattern in house, and dyed the fabric before sewing to have the dark fade down unlike some garment dyed ombre items.   The pockets are in-seam, but I choose to serge the interior seams to keep this garment.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>After a week of cultural exchange and textile block printing  with the WabiSabi workshop in India, I demonstrated how to prepare my osage dye from North America before leaving them with several kilograms. The traditional yellow is pomegranate in their area, which has a more brown undertone than the bright osage.</p>
